Very Happy

first step taken.

Rebecca decided yesterday she also wanted to do it, so taday we both got our certificates, i picked it up real easy and was off like a shot once allowed on the road - the instructor stayed behind with rebecca as it was all a bit alien to her - but her persistance paid off. Very Happy

A couple of guys who where with us in the morning chose to come back for some more time in the yard around cones etc.

we both booked up our first DAS on 20th Nov when we return from our honey moon.

Reckon i'll do two 3 hour lessons on the 125 then just go straight up to the 500 til my test date come along. Bit of a shitty time of the year to start training but i realy wanna be a track novice by early spring.

So no doubt we'll both be in the market for 125cc's before christmas, selling them in the spring - i'll probably be looking for a big bike - maybe the CBR600 as reccomended and maybe a 400 for rebecca also during the winter when the prices are low.

Thanks to those who gave advice in the week - re: track novice bike thread -

Feels great to be getting there Very Happy
