Hey, I know that there will be a new model of this bike brought out soon, does anybody know how soon?

Or where I can find info on it.

Any info greatly appreciated

TZR125?

If they produce one it will be a 4T no point in developing a 2T for it t be outlawed 1 year later.

They did a new TZR50 if that is what your thinking of?
As far as I know there is no new TZR125 coming out soon, but I may be wrong Neutral

Its not that 2 strokes are becoming outlawed, its just a case that they can't make them clean enough to pass the new emissions reg's.

They did bring out the 250 yes, but this is going to be based on the 250 (don't quote me) and they've also got the 50.

I was talking to a guy in Fowlers motorcycles who said it was because of the success of the previous 125, and the current 50.

This is all I have been told, they said they *think* it will be out next year some time... who knows, may just be rumours.

It will be a Yamaha CBR125! Thumbs Down

I suppose we can only hope that it looks a little better than the CBR! Smile

They def released a 50 cos i got 1, apparently theres a prototype in development of a 125 and shud b released jan 05. Cool

Maybe Yamaha and derbi have some agreement. Confused

After all, Derbi are about to release a 2 stroke 125 which has "Made In Japan" printed on the engine casings.

Possibly just re-badged with Yamaha. Confused

The derbi engine is that of a yamaha DT125,
