1993-1997 ktm 300exc anyone familliar with these bikes?

About to pick up my first ktm and dont know much about these bikes. Can anyone give me any info? How fast, hows the power, good trail bike? I am paying 700.00. Great shape. Alot of new parts. Anything helps...

well i know there usually orange erm,erm they got two wheels they have some power they do go off road quit well.

how long is a piece of string. is it long?

I havent owned or ridden one but they have good bottom and midrange. A mate of mine used to have one and he could wheely it off the throttle at pretty much no revs.

Reviews say that the 250 may be more versatile but the 300 can be good for a long day out. And when you get into the powerband, it takes off Laughing

I plan to get the orange plastics put vforce reeds and a silencer. Rp tapers and a fmf gnarly pipe
