Visor..?
I guess you are on about the little bikini fairing above the headlights?
If so, then no, you dont need it above 80mph. It may make a tiny bit of difference, nut nothing mega.
In fact, some owners reckon its better without, some with. I guess it depends on how tall you are, your helmet, etc etc.
And anyway, you can make the 'fairing' from the Speed Triple fit.

I for one have found the Pixie hat make a hell of a difference, I fine it really keeps the wind off, and I'm sure I have heard somebody on the forum say it adds about 20mph onto the top speed. You can buy a bigger screen do a search for Laminar Lip. ____________________ Well, you know what they say. If you want to save the world, you have to push a few old ladies down the stairs.
Skudd:- Perhaps she just thinks you are a window licker and is being nice just in case she becomes another Jill Dando.
WANTED:- Fujinon (Fuji) M42 (Screw on) lenses, let me know if you have anything. |

The only problem i had with mine was the stator packed up. I had to replace that, the reg/rec and the wiring between it all.
Other than that it was spot on. I commuted all year round and it was very very tidy when i sold it. I did wash it regulary and use FS365 on it though.
It had lots of stainless bolts, and the powdercoating and paint was nice and thick so it looked like new really.
Overall a very good bike, fast as feck up to 100mph, and handled really well (much better than i could utilise).
My only real critiscm was that it (for me anyway) lacked a bit of soul.
The engine felt quite coarse and lean, i reckon if i had got around to playing with the fuel map i could have got it feeling a bit meatier.
Incidently you can now do that for the price of a cable...
Overall, a good bike and i miss mine occasionally.
