I think it might be the unsolicited commercial advertising that is against the forum rules...?

Good luck at getting them at a competitive enough price to make it worth your while..

I supply/fit tyres, and while i can scrape a profit doing it, selling them 'mailorder' just doesn't work out.

The companies that have been around for a while have a drop shipping arrangement with the suppliers. However, because of the amount of morons on ebay that continuously under price each other there is no meat left on the bone anymore.

I think you may have recieved a spam rating as to be honest you havent really been a member here for that long/made that many posts.

Probably because your advertising is commercial. Its unsolicited and therefore it breaks the rules that you agreed to at signup. How hard is that to understand?

i dont see how it is commercial though, i dont own a business or shop, i dont see the difference between me trying to sell a tyre and someone else trying to sell a bike, or a helmet etc, and beatnck2 thanks for your reply, i feel as though there is enough of a margin for me to make a little and for the buyer to save a little the prices so far look good just waiting to confirm them all, would you be intrested if you sell/fit them.

We are, like most people, interested in saving money but we do object to your marketing technique.
We are constantly bombarded with spam emails and unwanted phone calls so the last thing that we want is further spam when we log on to a forum. Furthermore, it is against the forum rules.
I do wish you well in your business venture, though I do wonder whether you possess the acumen nessesary to be successful.
