Hello all

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Big-Bore-kit-150cc-Chinese-125cc-CG125-copies-Motorcycle-New-/160683967651?pt=UK_Motorcycle_Parts&hash=item256982c4a3

I've fitted a 150 barrel onto a Chinese 125 before without any issues, including fitting to the twin-port head version that the listing says that this barrel doesnt fit.
Does anyone know why these 125-150 barrels wont fit a CG125 ?
Stu

Is`nt it something to do with the crankcase slot is not big enough for the new barrel liner.
I seem to remember someone on here saying that it can be machined out to fit??? (the cases, not the barrel).

There's some "direct fit" kit that available from China. https://item.taobao.com/item.htm?id=12959476654 (Can choose silver / grey / black) .Buy via "agents" still saves some £.

Machined in primitive way. That links shows some Chinese bike are as OLD Honda's O.D.

Many thanks for the replies. Dont fancy milling out the crank case, maybe keep my eye open for a cheap Chinese 125 and whack a 150 kit on that.
