I managed to get back on my bike today and had a lovely little run. At first it felt a bit weird, but once I was on it about fifteen minutes I was fine. 
Still pretty cautious taking corners mind you, but I don't suppose that's a bad thing though! Might make me keep the rubber side down for once!! 
It felt brilliant, nearly as good as the first time I got on it when I bought it from Izzi and drove all the way home on it!
So there's going to be a fight in my house for the next wee while, 'cause since I've been a shite-bag to get back on it, Silver 0wl's had it for the last four weeks!!!!! Now it's my turn!!!

Now I know why I've been such a miserable cow over the last few weeks:
1. Been in pain
2. Not felt like getting on my bike
3. Not been on BCF much!
Now I feel alllllll better again!!!

When I had my first off, I found it difficult to get back on the horse again.
Once I stopped trying to get on a horse and rode my bike instead, I felt a lot better...

I've got that good feeling you get when you've been out on your bike again too.
I took the bike today and it was pissing of rain and really windy on the way there and the way back, but I just took my time and enjoyed it!

Was bloody freezing on my commuter runs to and from work today!!! brrrrrr
