How to measure float height gs125

Im rebuilding the carb on my gs125 again and double the checking the float height i realised i dont know where the bottom of the float is. The manual states to measure from the gasket face to the bottom of the float. But i dont know what is considered as the bottom of the float. Hopefully this picture will help, is the bottom of the float the red or blue line?

Pretty sure it's the highest point chap (blue line on your piccy).....Another person with Suzi diaphragm carb trounle. Let us know how you get on.
