Bike sales??

I`m aware that the market picks up once summer approaches but do good bikes still sell easy throughout the rest of the year?

for example....if i was selling a mint low mileage 6rr and i started advertising it at the end of the year when it was officially winter...would there still be a good chance it`d sell or not?

Its more a case of you won't get the same as you may have done earlier in the year.

As iooi says the market naturally depresses over winter as there are more bikes on the market, and people aren't thinking about riding.

Put it up now if you want to get the best price, then wait to buy until christmas time for a good deal.(If you can)

If i sell the 6rr i`ll be using the proceeds to go towards a car so won`t be buying another bike this year.
I`ve got an older cb500 tucked away that i usually only use for long commutes so i`d have to satisfy my biking urges on that until i could afford another decent sportsbike.
It`s boring as hell and it sucks to look at but it`d be better than nothing i suppose.

I have a Direct bikes db50qt-16 for sale:

its now a 80cc
has a new loud sports exhaust but i still have the standard one
paint is yellow
blue neons
blue side light
brilliant runner

Bad points:

1. left hand side needs a bit of painting but i will sort that before sale
2. right hand panel has a craxk at the back but im sorting that soon and at the bottom which i cant sort but its not hanging down or anything
3. petrol cap outter casing that goes round the petrol cap, on the right hand size has come away from the screw

its a really great bike, good runner and very reliable
