Its a hard thing to explain in writing but you could practice body position and turning speed if you got an industrial estate near you or some place that's got round abouts where the road is faily quiet? Like tixylix says a track day is the best place, no worries then and you will probably find it will just happen plus you can tap up the other guys n girls for tips ____________________ HONDA VFR400NC24, YAMAHA FZR600R, LAVERDA 750 FORMULAS, CB250 SUPERDREAM, SUZUKI GSXR750K1, YAMAHA R1 5PW, APRILLIA RSVR, SUZUKI GSXR100K5, SUZUKI GSXR100K5 TK2, SUZUKI GSXR750K7, HONDA CBR600RR, YAMAHA R1 5PW, KAWASAKI ZX6R C1H CURRENT |

What are you riding and why do you want to get a knee down?
To show off?

A local quiet roundabout - maybe a business park/industrial estate one on a Sunday.
If you had your location in your profile, you might be lucky enough to find someone local willing to give you some pointers in person while watching .
Presuming you've got good tyres and a good surface, it's a case of being smooth and increasing your speed a little at time with the right body position.
Being flexible of course helps as it means you can stick your knee out further.
Correct position is one cheek off, torso pointing off more so your head is 'kissing the mirror' as they say. Then stick your knee out . |
