For those that don't know the location for the above file, on Vista/7 it's usually:

SysRoot/Windows/System32/drivers/etc/hosts

SysRoot being C:\ or w/e drive your OS is installed on, make sure you have "All files" showing when browsing to open files in Notepad, if you just have .txt documents then it won't show up.

Blocking a website which only indexes torrents, sigh.
