adivce please guys

I am looking at a Piaggio sfera 50cc
1998..
engine sounds sweet bike looks tidy.
he is asking £500
is this the going rate for one of these around 14 years old

£500 for a ped that's been ragged raw by a over a dozen spotty Yoofs, metrosexual hipsters and clueless slags who think "Oil" is Wurzel for "I will"? Sounds like a bargain!
