Probably a really stupid question, but I assume you're not going on the lawnmower? Laughing

I may be up for this.

I was all up for coming but unfortunately I lent our spare van to one of the staff yesterday and they didn't bloody bring it back!! Just went out to find it and it's not there Sad and secondly after fitting a battery to the WR this morning (sold without one) I've realsied that most of the electrics are bodged and it doesn't work properly!!! Not happy... I'll be up for trail riding soon though Smile maybe next saturday.

Thanks for the great company, the conditions were near on perfect Very Happy , blue sky and muddy lanes = great day Very Happy

It was a shame you couldn't make it Sparks ( I hope you get your wiring sorted ) so only four of us, Stuart E on his DR650,Roy on his Husqvarna 410, jeffducati on his XT350, and me on a 300exc, set off from broadbridge heath and headed north, kept it local doing the Coldharbour and Shere lanes, not forgetting Chalk hill Shocked unfortunately I didn't have the camera running Embarassed , surface to say if anyone is looking for a wall of death rider Stuart's you man Laughing Laughing classic, he was flying up a slippery hill, went a bit sideways only for the back wheel to find a shed load of grip and straight up the embankment Laughing . Not to much damage ( cable ties to the rescue thanks to Jeff ).
Made it up to Newlands corner for so dinner ( absolutely rammed up there, but when there's cheesy chip Very Happy ).
Stuart had a Go Pro HD on so he might post up some footage Very Happy but here's a clip from my cheap and cheerful cam ( £20 new, does it show Laughing ), but it gives a good idea what sort of lanes we ride ( I would class this as an average lane ) for any one looking to get into green laning Very Happy

Always good to meet new peeps Very Happy
Just one puncher on route, ( that's if you don't count the one I had on the road 2 miles from home at the end Shocked )and as always there's normally something you can use to prop the bike up Very Happy

So as I said, it was a great day, I'm looking to do the Alton lanes soon, will be a bit stop start as I will be working out some new routes Very Happy .

Looks like I missed out Thumbs Up

Electric problems traced to faulty starter switch which made the bike try to start all the time even when running Rolling Eyes so new one has been ordered which should do the trick!

That was great day on the lanes, apart from the puncture (husky 410) and the fact my tool kit was very lacking in content! Tyre foam to the rescue! HD tubes, security bolts, tyres, and tool roll all on the to do list!
Look forward to next time, thanks for the invite.
