Out with a girl from the factory last night.

She got a bit drunk and we decided to go to Asda for a few beers then back to my mates house.

Whilst in the taxi going though Asda carpark another car reversed straight into the pillar she was sat against (Legs across me), really hurt her back, managed to get her out the taxi and take her into Asda where she fell into shock, pass out numurous times and stop breathing at one point.

Problem is, some people said that she fell out the taxi and landed on her back, when we was actually hit. No CCTV from the camera's of th accident.

Had the police there since the ambulance was called, but she refused to go to the hospital since she is off on holiday on monday. And has heart problems.

Is there anything we can do?

After the accident the taxi drive exchanged numbers and such with the other car driver, whilst I tried to get her out the taxi and into Asda to have a sit down and try get ride of the shock, and that is when she passed.

The story is true i can confirm that

However what he failed to mention was she wasn't wearing a seatbelt. Fair enough the driver crashed into them but if she had been wearing a belt she wouldn't have been flung about the taxi.

If your aim is to get compensation then i can't stress how much that p*sses me off. No wonder our insurance premiums are so high!!!

Just another example of the claim culture that has infested the UK.
