Just looking at new pistons for a husky 125 and unsure if the brand is any good? i recognise both wiseco and wossner from the car world and would take either. The Mitaka is half the price and makes me wary, anyone used them?

Cheers

They are in my TZR. The shop that fitted them specialises in building engines for the LCs and TZRs in the Yamaha past masters and assured me they are a very good make. I know of several other 2T owners that use them as well.

I always understood Mitaka stuff to be good quality.
I wouldn't have any issues with using it.
Thumbs Up

Im sure that i have read comments from Stan Stephens, saying that good quality pattern pistons such as Mitaka are what he would use and reccomends on several road going 2stroke classic machines, when re-building their engines.

If a 2stroke legendary re-builder and performance tuner/engineer has a reccomendation for parts, then im very likely to accept it.
