Other halfs decided to have the YBR off me.
Basicly deal goes as thus - £1k upfront, the other £800 on some sort of finance agreement that i'll probbably never see
So, i then have around the 1k mark for a reliable courier hack, Although can probbbly find a few hundred extra as i'd been budgeting that on some 2nd hand hard luggage.
33bhp restricted, so that takes the pan euro out of it. Deauvilles, possibly but a bit difficult to get in my budget. Thinking about the 500 twins? specificly the CB & GS. Gs is cheaper insurance, however the CB is a honda, and screams reliabilty at me, although this might be a misconception.
Luggage wise though for the GS/CB i've not seen many of the triple box setups like i've seen on the pan euro's. Whereabouts, how secure, and how much?
Much appreciated! ____________________ Please be aware that the above post may be full of complete nonsense.

This bloke put hard luggage on his CB, I've seen a few other people on that forum say that they have done it, but can't see any more pics in the gallery.
I assume it's a matter of finding a suitable mount, and whacking standard boxes on?
EDIT: Would this be suitable? ____________________

You probably wont sit out the restriction so do what mate did, buy GSXR, nearly write it off and buy a Pan |

33bhp on a pan, bearing in mind it's a big heavy bike anyway, it's also a whacking great 1100 engine that's not going to take kindly to restriction, and i plan on loading it right up all day every day?
Idk, im not convinced it's a brilliant idea! Maybe the deauville restricted as it's a 650, and a V-twin, and i know twins tend to restrict quite well. But even that's pushing my luck. ____________________ Please be aware that the above post may be full of complete nonsense.

You can restrict a GSXR1000, no reason not to do it to a pan...although I never got asked for proof of restriction...even when I crashed, irrelevant now but I've not known anyone to get butt raped for not being 33hp |

CB500's a safe bet if i can find a goodun then.
What about the xj600 diversions? I see loads about, ebay restrictor kits availible, and suitable luggage conversions. ____________________ Please be aware that the above post may be full of complete nonsense.
