Hi all.
Currently riding my ZX6-R which I've enjoyed riding for a couple of years and still do. However I've recently moved to the middle of a wood which means I have about 400 metres of an uphill mudtrack to and from my house. With all the rain that has been a quagmire for the last couple if months and frankly not too much fun on a sports bike. I've been looking for a cheap urban scrambler/enduro type bike to use when I don't feel I can get the kwak out.

I've seen an 05 SMA offroad type bike advertisef with 10 months MOT for £500 - seems too cheap. Also I've never heard of the mske nor can I find it on the internet.

Does anyone know anything about SMA bikes?

Presuming it's this one on gumtree:

Generic Chinese pap I'd say.
That it needed a new exhaust for MOT at that age further points to this.

If it was £300 I might be tempted to give it a go with expectation stuff would fall apart. At £500, I'd be looking for something much older but Japanese.

Cheers G!

That is the very bike in question - good to know my mental alarm bells were ringing for good reason!
