Saw this when I went shopping today on my way back from work. This bay can get quite busy and they go and stick this in are bay!

On my way out I went to customer services and she could not really tell me why they had done this but was sorry for the inconvenience. The really pisser is that it had a sign saying that no one is allowed to use as it only on display. Now thats inconvenience!
