Insurance - bike kept in garden - what do you put?

Well i'll go to an insurance company that excepts and rewards said security, without fobbing me off its deemed something else.

That's what I'd put.

You can add a lock under the 'physical security' bit on the second to last page before you get your prices.

Bike insurances will always try to enjoy a situation which is not clear from the beginning. On a particular occasion, my bike was parked in front of my house at night, and it was stolen. My insurer by that time made a lot of difficulties to give me a refund (which in the end was partial), arguing that I had declared that it was kept in a garage.
