Just sat here bored and home alone.
So I thought I may start my own topic on the subject of petrol .
So whats the most amount of petrol you've ever put in your vehicle car or bike and how long did it last?
Boring topic I know but alas It's something that interests me . |

Similar. Just over £11 and it last about 3 days or so.
You were right, not very exciting. |

How long did it last ? Does that mean how far did you get ?
Put a tenner in the bike in the middle of winter it might last a month ____________________ the undemocratically unelected mod of the Scottish section |

My 850cc reliant based trike has a 40L firkin barrel for a fuel tank. Somehow it does way better milage than my bike. Think it gets around 70mpg.
So thats what? lets see, 40L => 8.8 UK gallons = 622 miles!
Needless to say I've never filled it more than half way.
Now thats interesting! |

Only filled up my bike once. It didn't really need doing, and the petrol station was on a slope so i couldn't fill it all the way to the top. Hence i only managed to fit £1.47 worth in the tank. And yes, i did feel a bit stupid when paying
Can anyone beat that as a smallest amount of petrol? ____________________ Hard livin', hard luck. |

£4.37 is the most I've put in from a virtual empty tank and it lasted about 90 miles.
The least I have put in is 53p, when I needed that little bit extra to get home. ____________________ Be careful whose advice you buy, but, be patient with those who supply it. About £8 to fill a tank, which lasts a thrilling 95miles. (Give or take)
Went through £35 worth in 3 days when I first got her, but what can I say, you buy a bike to ride it.

Well, I topped up my TZR when I got it, and haven't put any in since. I can't remember how much I put in either. Probably about £6.
So far I've put 120 miles on it and not hit reserve yet Seems a lot to me ____________________ 'Allo! My name is Inigo Montoya, you killed my father, prepare to die!

Also I forgot to add what mine was, I have put £13.50 in my GPZ (16.28 Litres) and its has lasted so far 213 Miles . |
