aprilia rs 125 cuts out when engine breaking / slowing down

first of all the idle seems fine, i think the problem lies elsewhere, it will tik over fine without choke first time on button recent top end rebiuld, was fine problem started on me today

ok so heres what happens
goin up through the gears is fine, when i come to slow down and engine brake, pull the clutch in, as soon as i drop a gear the rev counter hits 0 immediatly, unless i rev it dies whilst letting the clutch out slowly to engine brake, it will do this to 1st, but not in the top gears only when i drop to like 3 , 2 , 1

i think it has been runing quite rich, every time i took the plug out its been wet ,2 stroke oil pump is slightly over the alignment mark standard air box

any help would be appreciated im unsure so hope to hear some helpful opinions

check idle jets not blocked and the bike has spec compression

checked jets non blocked, do you think the plug could be dead, ive had someone say tht when they start to die they will not fire under load (or is this statement just a load ****) lol

it feels as if it stop sparking when i release clutch all way, after engine breaking without throttle,

please somebody help

try a new plug and see what it does

It does sound like a Carb issue, Just make sure the jets arnt blocked as Rob said.

A new plug and service wont hurt either..
