got my CBT booked, 6TH july.

like a months wait but oh well, its the soonest i can get it done.

very excited to even have it booked!

now i need to book my "get on" free hour ride

its not them thats making me wait, unfortunatly its me making me wait.

well not me, its bills making me wait lol.

so yeah, a month to go but cant afford to do it sooner.

roger, yeah i got a few posts and no cbt, but most of its just getting into the community with some technical help along the way (helping me that is) and offering what little help i have to others (like the dude asking about the drain pipe on his CG's carb hehe)

What's the big deal about not having his CBT yet, he's welcome to 'chat bikes' whether or not he rides one yet.
I remember doing my CBT for the first time, loved it - was a fun day out.

hehe thanks for the defence.

to be honest im psyched just to have the CBT booked in.

im waiting on an email from "get on" to book an hours free ride session so i at least have the bare minimum formal training to go to the CBT with.

got myself a helmet and gloves but no jacket. they supply all the gear but no way am i stuffing my head and hands into a sweaty helmet nd gloves other people have used. lol

thanks

i'll be sticking with my 125 for a while and hopefully doing my tests before january. but going to give it 3 months to get some experience first and get the theory out of the way.

probably go with the mod 1 and 2 on a 500 but still stick with my 125 for a while after that while saving up for a bigger bike.

way i see it, if im taxing it for 12 months i wanna get my monies worth out of it lol
