Fecking GS again,
Press the button and it makes half an attempt to start, spins over maybe once or twice. Refuses to go. Solenoid clicks fine every time, same reaction when solenoid shorted out with spanner.
However theres a boiling noise from the battery after it refuses to start...bubbling noise, battery levels are all good, no starty.
All the wirings good, solenoids good, so its starter or battery and when it does spin over the starter sounds spot on, no dodgy smells or smoke. Am i right in my diagnosis, wheres good for cheap batteries?
Bump starts fine, first attempt. Nothings up with the engine itself! Will try and get video if it does it again later ____________________ Please be aware that the above post may be full of complete nonsense.

Popped the YBR battery on it for now, dont think its going to do it much good though. Cranks first time every time now, sounds positive doing it.. ____________________ Please be aware that the above post may be full of complete nonsense.

Battery has had it. I have a spare fire panel battery here you can have if you want to bodge that on. Should do the job but you have all the responsibility if it ends up making a volcano of yer bike. ____________________ a.k.a 'Geri'

I used a 125 battery on the SV with no bad issues, nearly half the size |
