Well after some looking on the internet I finally made sense of it

It's supposed to be like, when yo say tut you're thinking prick
so if someone pisses you off and you tut at them, you're actually thinking 'prick'

But the fact it's on a sticker out of context from a standup comedy act is pretty retarded, it was mind boggling at first

And Michael MacIntyre is fucking shit, one comedian described his act as "like spoon feeding the audience warm diarreah" which I think is a fairly accurate statement
It's nothing to do with THINK bike, they're just being ignorant of it

It's also one of those 4 syllable things that stick in peoples minds

It also completely spoils the point of actually 'tutting' at someone when they've done something wrong - they now think you're raging at them and so get less annoyed themselves .
