Does anyone know of a different pipe, endcone (or both) to give the bike a more throaty sound and not have it sound like a bee in a tin?

If it's a two stroke (which going by the bee in a tin description I would say it is) you can't. If it's a four stroke you can make it deeper and louder by fitting a race can as they have less baffling in them.

You can cut the little end bit off the can which will make it louder (apparantly) if it is a two smoke.

Sorry, but the best you can do is adjust the volume level. sawing bits off the end can just makes it louder. buying a more heavily baffled end can with make it sound better (quieter Razz) but will reduce power, which given that its only 75cc really isnt a good thing!

Just put up with it for now, save your pennies and buy something thats faster and sounds better when the time comes.
