Hey Sparks, I've got a few quid spare, might do you a no-hassle deal for both of those bikes. What's the other one like?

Goddamn that's what you get for multitasking. I was busy trying to Dunakble a favour with his wiring.

Anyway, I'm only embarrassed that I sent a 'public' PM, rather than the fact of doing it. The way I see it, I got some spare cash and a van I don't mess people about with it and he's been put in lumber. Hell, it was just a basic enquiry.

So, judge me if you like, but bear in mind I've sold a fully roadgoing XJ600 with new MOT for £450 to Harley, and supposedly basket-case engine-out and stripped down FZR4003EN2 for £250 to another member here but then fitted the engine, electrics, bodywork and just about completed it by the time he collected. both owners thoroughly pleased.

Gotta admit, I would have been laughing too - if it wasn't me Smile
I would alsohave got rid of it pretty sharp but I'd spent 15 mins photoshopping a wiring diagram before I realised and of course by then it was too late..

Could have been worse...you could have sent a PM thanking someone for the reach around they gave you the other night.

Remember kids, bikes aren't like lego. You can't easily take a part from one bike and then fit it to another.
