You always read about bad experiences with companies, but rarely good ones.

Anyway, I owned my old HD170 Stealth unit for about 8 months and it was fine, but a week ago the clip that holds the battery in snapped. I contacted their support email and they apologised and said they'd replaced my old Stealth unit with the new HD one after I sent my old one back to them Thumbs Up Received it today and it's a nice bit of kit, much smaller than the Stealth which was always my biggest gripe.

Blimey, that is very good of them. Sadly in the minority these days. Usual course of action would be:

1) You were using it wrong, you broke it, your problem.
2) The clip isn't made by us, contact the manufacturer of the clip (in Greece) for a replacment / refund.
3) No response.

I'm just about to get one of their cameras actually, so this is re-assuring to hear.

On the subject of good sevice -

My Garmin GPS let moisture in from behind the screen. I then proceeded to bounce it along the road at about 60mph. They replaced in no quibbles in about 3 days despite it being a bit battered.
