Where do you get yours? I'm not talking about fancy colours or anything, just the bog standard bolts that your bike came with. I've sheared a few recently and could do with replacing them, but I'd also like a stash for next time. So where do you go? Any good cheap online stores or is it Screwfix? ____________________ 'Allo! I've just ordered a bunch that I lost from https://www.nutsboltsandthings.co.uk/
Quite cheap. Postage gets you at about £3-4. Not arrived yet though (ordered on the 7th). ____________________ 2004 R1 & 2018 XSR900 |

I have done before for my TZR to replace a load of seized/broken/missing bolts. They seem fine, but I've not had any of them under stress yet.
Reason I don't want to this time is I don't want Allen heads. Thanks for the input so far all ____________________ 'Allo! My name is Inigo Montoya, you killed my father, prepare to die!

For Hex head bolts, I've also been using eBay. Sellers generally offer a huge range, and you can chose length, size (eg M6) and then the type of head. Oh, and the quantity. Seem quite cheap, and cheap or free postage.
I've not had any issues with any yet, although I haven't really done much testing. Exhaust bolts that sheared have been replaced with these bolts, and I've done a couple of hundred miles so far. They seem fine, but the test will be when they next need to be changed.
I also replaced the screws in the master cylinder reservoir, following some other advice on here.
eg

same seller,

Hope that helps |
