Has anybody got any experience setting the idle on a ER6 with the digital rev counter? manual says to set idle for 1,250 but how do you know your at 1,250, is it four solid bars or five? I'm presuming each bar is 250rpm so just before the fifth bar comes on is 1,000rpm, but if you apply this to the fifth bar so its adjusted till just before the sixth bar comes on the engine sounds very fast and feels like your losing engine braking. Wish it had the analouge tacho at least you could get it spot on easy enough.

My er6 idles just over 1000 rpm and I have no issues so haven't tried to adjust it.
