lol, just to add it was my first time pillion in a long time.....over ten years.

btw I had resigned myself to following the TT from home this year until the offer came along..I was over the moon.

As for "what model" Dunno tbh just browsing through the classifieds and thinking out-loud...maybe a speed triple.

Drop the attitude, you struggled to understand someone's simple question so I was translating what DonnyBrago said to you:

"Why were you riding bitch" = "Why were you a pillion"

Personally I couldn't give a crap about anything you have to say.
Is that ok?

Edit: I was a bit tetchy when I wrote that.

I think the Street Triple (675) would be too weak for my liking, so the Speed Triple (1050) would probably be more favourable....I'll have to blag a ride on a both, see what I think and take it from there.

Anyone here ridden both?
thoughts please?

I test rode both and it was almost a coin toss to choose. The speed has more power but is quite a lot bulkier. I ended up with the Street cause it was very different to most of my recent bikes and I fancied a change.

The handling is brilliant and it's so light it feels like you can pick it up. The engine is no slouch either, in a naked it's by far powerful enough. You give up in the wind blast long before the engine runs out of steam.

In hindsight would I rather have got the Speed, no, but if I had bought the speed I would probably be saying I was perfectly happy with that.

What would I choose next? The new Tiger 1200 Mr. Green

So, whats with the stock whistle though.

I heard some awesome triples with after market cans but some of them, though it's not bad I hasten to add, do really whistle Very Happy
