Sete threw his toys out first by complaining. He was probably jealous that his mechanics where to stupid to think of it!

It's not like Rossi to join in though, maybe it's a ploy and he just wants Sete to think he's losing his cool.

Your right mate! Rossi did the same thing last year! The team didnt know they were doing anything wrong when cleaning the grid. This has been going on for ages, Doohans team for example used to do it all the time back in the 90's. Thumbs Up

maybe it's a conspiracy for sete to win it, and for rossi to finally lose!(that doesn't make sense does it?)
whatever happens at sepang, i want a kawasaki up there, the point gap to close and for sete and rossi to fight at valencia properly for it. nothing like home support eh, sete? Laughing

Needs to go down to the wire. It'll be exciting but I want Rossi to stuff Honda.

I hope the kwaks do well working in one of their dealerships I ought to be loyal I suppose!

It's all a bit childish really as Valentino and Sete used to be quite good mates by all accounts.I suppose when a world championship is at stake and you're rivals for it,friendships go out the window.
Sete comes across much more professional to me,especially as he tried to congratulate Rossi on his victory today, shame Rossi couldn't accept it,especially as a 30 point lead with 2 races to go means Rossi has almost got to give it away to lose it.

Not the most exciting race of the season today.

I was interested to get some more background on the spat between Rossi and Gibeneau and found this article which goes into the whole thing in quite a lot of detail:

https://www.speedtv.com/articles/moto/motogp/13269/

I didn't know about the scooters doing burnouts on the grid in the dark the day before the Japan race!

Yep that was why Rossi ended up at the back of the grid at Qatar and also the reason for his 'broom' celebration after today's Malaysian GP. Another off day for Gibernau and without divine intervention Rossi will be world champ again; quite an achievement!

Todyas race was FANTASTIC! How the hell was that boring? For 90% of the race it was close between biaggi and rossi Confused

mmmm you obviously didnt follow the race at Assen very closely! After Rossi had toyed with Gibernau and kicked his ass on the last lap, Gibernau didnt even look at Rossi on the podium! Hay! What goes around comes around! It was nice to see Rossi getting the last laugh across to that grassing chief mechanic of Gibernau's! Another world championship is on its way to the doctor! VIVA - LA - FIGA!!!

I think we must have been watching a different race. There was just one change of lead during the whole 20 laps. Biaggi was holding Rossi up and once he got past him that was it.

My idea of an exciting race is when the lead keeps swapping backwards and forwards and the race is not won until the last corner (as happened earlier in the season, I forget now which race).

Yeah i saw Assen,Rossi beat Sete a treat and Sete was annoyed at the time but was fine later. The pressure is on them both and Rossi was playing mind games with Sete on the run up to this race as it was so important. If Sete was man enough to offer Rossi his hand why couldn't Rossi accept it? After all his problem is with HRC and Sete's chief engineer,as i said Rossi and Sete used to be mates.
