Help Neede To Fabricate Some HD Brackets

Now I've got a trailer, i just need the tow bar fitted. Problem is, I'm missing two brackets for it, the "silver" ones in the pic. Is there anyone that might be able to knock these up for me? They don't have to be a specific exact size as the holes are drilled into the car boot floor to match the holes in the brackets. They look to be made of 1/4 inch steel:-

i got some spare aluminium flat bar that i can shape and drill to the same size as those if you get me the length they need to be and how long the shorter bend length needs to be. oh and what mm size holes you need and how many where

and can whack em in the post for a couple of quid.

but im not sure how strong the aluminium would be for this task.

its a good thickness, 5mm thick by 1/2 wide. for a couple of quid could be worth a try i suppose.
