Need an m6 / m8 bolt type thing, stainless and black preferable, with a thread on each end - lenght 200 - 210 mm

Threaded rod, unless it has something in the middle.

Search on ebay for 200m threaded rod m8 and it'll come up .

Unlikely to get black and stainless - as there's less need for anodising it if it's stainless.

So you could say i need a metal part ...

Go to a local metal working shop, and ask them to run a die down a bit of M6/8 bar the length of thread you need each end.

If someone came in our place and asked for that it would probably be something silly like a fiver.
