Vespa indicator with green mound/gunk.
Sealed unit and gunk is inside but outside the reflector part, in the border bit (if that makes sense.

I did think about soaking it but didn't want to damage the reflector part.

Any suggestions welcome.

Leave it in a warm place till it is bone dry, fill with bleach, shake a bit.

That is a guess btw

What about soaking in a bucket of warm water and washing powder? It's fairly mild but can usually break stuff down with a good soak, cant really see how else you'd clean it to be honest mate.

(Not sure what effect washing powder has on plastics though, if any)

Oven or heat gun to soften the seal, pull apart and clean then stick back together Thumbs Up

hmmmm as a guess, add some detergent that is safe on plastic and then blast a jet washer inside it
