Here's a good one, guys

I don't think the little blue book that comes with the bike is correct. It says 29psi front, 29psi rear and the rear 29psi even with a pillion passenger. Surely that cant be right?

Looking elsewhere Haynes manual gives 24psi front, 32psi rear rider only, 36psi with pillion. Seems more like it.

And... Drivegreen.com (USA) gives 32 front 36 rear.

And.... Yahoo answers Australia gives front 40psi (!!) and rear 35.

I'm finding my bike bounces around in corners with 29/29, but maybe that is just a born-again biker feeling.

Maybe I should just activate Plan B and buy that new V-Strom I fancy. Went on a tester the other day and that bike is SMOOTH, but why such a daft high saddle height? I'm 5'11" and on tiptoes with feet down. The only thing that spoils it. Yes I know there is a reduction kit, but it is about £400 and only takes it down a few mm. Not worth it.

Regards
Ron

If you're selling the Nighthawk, I might be interested, depending on condition & price.
