Sadly Marco was once a very good chef who avoided the celebrity thing like the plague it was. He stood in for Gordon swear a lot for Hells Kitchen once and now loves the limelight and its ruined a perfectly good chef.

It seems gone are the days when you became a top chef by reputation. Now you have to be on TV.

As a chef I find him far more palatable (lol pun intended) than probably any other chef that's on the tv right now excluding Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall. The rest are tv hungry cunt fucks.

It'd be interesting to see if there's a connection between the saturation on TV of food programmes and the fact that the UK is now the fattest country in Europe. I suspect a lot of these celebrity chefs and the crap on TV is sponsered by the big food chain mafias - Sainsburgs, Tescos etc.
There was a good prog on the other night explaining how the big fast food chains also made us a fat nation, check out the size of those "Big Gulps" Shocked

Just caught a couple of the episodes. What a shame.

This guy was (probably still is) a fucking great chef who in his day was groundbreaking. An angry, eccentric, pot-throwing perfectionist who hated the establishment so much he sent his stars back.

I never thought he'd be the make up wearing, scripted, turn-your knife upside down, rub your fingers up it and folly around type for the tv execs kind of guy. Guess we all love the money at the end of the day.
