Yet another question from the noob !

Can you apply for your moped provisional 3 months before you're 16 like you can with other vehicles.

For ever place that says you have to be 16 there is another that says 15 years 9 months.

Can anyone shed any light on this ?

You may send off your application for a provisional licence three months in advanced of your 17th birthday or 16th birthday
