Stones throw from where my parents live (less than a mile), sitting in their back garden having a BBQ and listening to the racing/crashing is pretty awesome Thumbs Up

Five double bedrooms, massive kitchen and living areas, cost split 5 ways = affordable BCF commune?

That decking would have to be extended, and probably reinforced though.

Friggin' right I would Thumbs Up I would continuously kick up a stink, threaten legal action etc. Make their life a living hell...

I would then grudgingly offer to come to some arrangement whereby they could perhaps offer me free use of the circuit during any car or bike trackdays...which would go some way towards alleviating my rage.

I honestly think that is a feasible scenario too...
