Does anyone ever park in a multi-storey without paying by just riding around the exit barriers?

Is this illegal? I suppose it could be considered theft as you're using a service without paying for it, so you're stealing the use of the parking space/facility? But to me it's more of a case of being a bit cheeky/thrifty?

Saw someone doing this the other day, wonder if anyone has gotten into trouble for it?

Do wheel clamps even exist for motorcycles, suppose they could chain you but at risk of damaging your vehicle.

Check the signs, I regularly use a multi story and it says bikes are free and provide a tiny space for bikes just by the entrance but no way to get in or out without slipping past the car barriers. I asked a guy working there if I was allowed to do so and he said yes.

If I there is enough space to ride around the barrier without climbing up on the kerb I do. Most places I park at leave a 3 foot gap at the end of the barrier and I can't see this being for anything other than bikes?

Hmm, let's think...

In return, just park in some dead space that cars can't use. No harm, no foul.
