No. I might try bonding the edge back in place but it is only cosmetic. I would change the 'o' ring though.

I would seal the joint with a smear of Hylomar if the actual rubber part that joins to the carb was sound.

If the rubber looks like this

My plan was to clean it up then Araldite it (as I've got some in my tool box), does that sound OK?
