Anyone heard of the drug Scapolomine? Just watched a short documentary about it watch here. What a crazy drug. It is chemical hypnosis, basically takes away your will power and turns you into a puppet. All it takes is to accidentally sniff it and bang, your under the spell. You talk normally, you look normal, sober and with it but you do anything your told and when you awake you remember nothing.

One scary scary drug. The documentary shows victims of it, and they get told to go emPty their banks and help the thieves to take all their belongings from you home. Could you imagine robbing yourself and doing all the heavy lifting to put stuff in a van for the thieves.

Rohypnol x1000, scary what's out there....never go to Columbia !!

Ahh scopolamine, main ingredient in Datura, or Jimson weed. Go onto erowid and lookup Datura, it consistently has the highest ratio of “trainwreck/nightmare” experiences compared to anything else, mainly because it induces complete delirium i.e the complete inability to distinguish between reality and hallucination, just read some trip reports and it will become apparent what I mean, it’s like people say they were on a bus smoking a cigarette talking to a friend from college, then going to buy a burger – when the reality is they were rolling on the floor in mud screaming for 4 hours and shit like that. It’s not popular since the active dose range veers very close to a lethal dose as mentioned in that documentary, I had no idea it could be used as they describe though. I have a small bag of datura seeds at home, got them for anti-nausea effects when taking HBWR seeds (due to the presence of hyoscyamine), might cook up some powder and create my very own zombie army! Laughing Laughing

One of the tropane alkaloid family, apparently some of the only drugs that cause true hallucinations, ie you honestly can't tell if what is happening is real or not.

Quite common to smoke phantom cigarettes I hear, only realising long after the event that there was no cigarette.

That's what writing on an ipod touch late at night, with a horrible hangover does. Where is the spell check on BCF? I'm sure there used to be one.

I have had that, sat on my bed and there's a cigarette in my hand, I am smoking it, I can see smell and taste the smoke, the feeling in my lungs and mouth as I inhale and exhale, I am physically experiencing it, then its just not in my hands any more so I get off my bed to look for it, then I am back in the bed, I did not get into the bed, I am just there, like a film that has several slides missing and just jumps a scene, but the cigarette is back in my hand so I start to smoke it again.

The same thing happens but this time I do not get out of my bed, something new is here, a face levitating in the center of the room, its blue and consists only of the front, like a mask, flashing on and off like a screen with a dodgy power supply. Its turning from side to side and opening and closing its mouth, something is next to it, its my mum, she goes to step forward and starts to say something as she does, then she goes to step forward and starts to say something as she does then she goes to step forward and starts to say something as she does....

24 Hour later I am out walking the streets in the early hours, each car that goes past does so with the force of a jet, the noise, the lights, it feels to much to withstand, and then there is the guy, he keeps appearing ten or so yards in front of me and he is built like a brick shit house but I know he is just a joker.

Arms crossed and a smile on his face, I wanted to reach him and speak to him, him being there felt like the moment you are let in on a joke and see the funny side of it...yet every time I get to where he is stood there's a lamppost there...so on I go to the next..and the next..and the next..

There are so many wonderful hallucinogens out there, mushrooms fuck even ket, yet on all of them even the worst of experiences there is a part of you that knows this is a trip and its going to end.

To not know that you do not know and at times for up to three days, well, I certainly would not recommend fucking with any shit in this category, especially if you happen to have a mental capacity your proud of and are able to gain so much more enjoyment, amazement and a real sense of discovery from things like shrooms Wink

Every one was young, immature and lacked knowledge at some stage of there lives and every one to a degree found an interest or experience that took them and they decided to invest them selves into it despite the possible consequences, whether it be drugs, taking the piss with bikes, extreme sports or something as mundane as using a PlayStation controller to the point it breaks.

What you end up with depends on your mentality, the kind of satisfaction you need, your influences in life and your ability to visualise the future as a result of this moment. For me it was neither stupid or brave at that time, if I were to do it now, as who I am now, it would be retarded and only brave if I were doing it for charity Laughing.

The things I see people putting into there body these days makes me take a step back and go My God! And thats only the food Laughing.

I finished reading Carlos Castaneda's first book a few days ago and he was doing a lot of Datura. I can't say it sounded particularly appealing/tempting.

Even worse than that, those 'bath salts' legal high which turn people into flesh eating zombies. These are made in the UK as well! Laughing

Those were great up until the about the 6th one. Debate continues as to whether they were authentic or not (evidence suggests largely not), but I don't care either way tbh I thought they were really good reads. In fact I think these are what peaked my interests in psychedelics in the first place.

I tried Jimson weed once many years ago.

Would not touch it ever again. Not ever.

LSD (and even a bad trip on LSD) is a gentle walk in the park in comparison.

Being supervised by professionals can make sure you do no physical harm to your self, the only controlled condition that really counts for anything is the control you have in your mind.

Your subconscious knows everything there is to know about you, its aware of anxiety's we do not even know we have. There was a guy in my social circle who was convinced he had spent some time walking around a hospital with his nan who had been dead for some time, he also thought he had been born in the 1800s, he was only in there care for two days and did not leave the bed but he was an incoherent mess for a long time with a thousand yard stare like he had just come back from fucking Vietnam.

The stronger the drug the bigger the comfort zone needed and even than there are no guarantees, other than the guarantee that the mind will be destroyed creating that comfort zone.

Mushrooms can provide the average person with all the wonder they ever need, I wasted countless experiences at party's terrified at the shapes my friends faces were warping into yet some how this chaos accompanied by uncontrollable laughter was good.

The first time I made an effort to have a relaxed week, clear my mind and take them alone whilst sitting in a dark room (something I used to take the piss out of people for, "unsociable losers etc")the difference was indescribable, I could work with it instead of being overwhelmed by it, negativity would enter but I could make it go away by placing my focus else where, the experience was still happening to me it was just a case of choosing which road I wanted to travel down.

And the fulfillment gained, there have been times I did not want to do it again for 12 months because I felt no new experience could live up to the last, every one appreciates things in a different way I think mash heads appreciate it the least, they just consume and become consumed in the process.

There is nothing wrong with playing russian roulette if the pay off is wanted so badly, the only thing I can think of worth the risk is DMT, if your number is called and you make it out the other side, your given something for your troubles, as opposed to being part of a limited group on earth who can say they have not only smoked something that will eventaly give them cancer, they have imagined it with incredible clarity as well Laughing.

Two incredibly good trips on DMT, one incredibly bad, all in the same one-hour period. Guess which one consumed my pysche and has rendered me unfit for further psychedelics for the rest of my life (though I have trifled with very low-dose mushrooms and acid since)?

Entirely my own fault though, I gave the stuff absolutely no respect whatsoever.

After I watched a bath towel transform into a sleeping labrador puppy (and start breathing), I decided not to touch hallucinogenic drugs again.

Two incredibly good trips on DMT...

I remember discussing DMT a few years back with you, I had no concept of how powerful it was and was going to go camping with a few kilos of Ayahuasca materials to make a brew daily increasing its strength as the days went on.

I never got that far luckily I could not cook the stuff properly, apart from one experience of sinking into the bed so it appeared to have sides, as you would see laying with your head flat on the bottom of a bath tub, and a little green faced dude stuck his head over the top and looked at me as if to say "what the fuck are you doing here?"

That was it...I thought..until a couple of days later I experienced the first of what was to be followed by several of the most terrifying events of my life, all connected and all much worse than any trip I have had.

But yea, I will just go camping and take it ten days in a row Laughing Rolling Eyes.

That you can no longer fully commit to the experience is not such a bad thing everything comes to an end, what ever you got out of it caused you to evaluate life in a way you could not have done without its aid.

The worst and the best thing to happen to me with these experiences was becoming to messed up to continue and having to find my way back and change everything when I got there, these days the focus is on becoming the healthiest I can possibly become, I guess it all works out in the end, what ever you land your self in.
