One thing that's guaranteed to be worse than having to push the bike anywhere is knowing that you have to push it somewhere later.

1.88 a litre !!!!!! this station was in the paper once, most expensive in the world

the last time i ran out of fuel i had to push it for 5 miles lolol but that was a while ago, the cider at home was the best tasting cider i'd ever had

i think i've no official ran out of fuel on every bike i have owned, the 748 was the worst one to push lol

the joys of getting 34mpg and a 9 litre tank

Hahaha I ran out on the M1 overtaking Razz

Got a small tank too, I can never find the reserve tap when I need it.
Just set the trip meter and use it as a fuel gauge! I know I'm in trouble at 110 miles from a full tank, although I still put off filling up, can't face spending the money Very Happy

+1, I'd have put the minimum amount the petrol station will sell (normally about £2.50, so just over a litre then :/), then driven to the next one!

At that mpg, he wouldn't have made it the next garage on 2.50 Wink
