hi folks just wondering if anyone has delt with motorcycleraceparts.co.uk i orderd an exhaust off them last week at over 200quid haven't received it yet i sent them an email to ask them for a tracking number didn't get a reply i also rang the number that was on there site it rang but no reply im getting slightly worried now Sad

A company with a mobile as its main point of contact is never a good start!

How did you pay? If possible send a text saying you're going to reverse the payment if you don't get a response or a tracking number...

Tried their twitter or facebook pages...

Often putting something like this can prompt a quick responxe as its in a area where lots of people can see.

I really hate co's that fail to put a landline on their sites.

How did you pay?

Don't cancel the order if you don't get a reply as card payments can mean money can be reclaimed via card provider.

If you don't want to put details on here. PM me and I will give further advice.

Hi folks thanks for quick replays I payed through PayPal to be. Fair I only bought it on Thursday but they did say if I ordered it before 3pm I would have it next day.

I went on there fb and left a message but I did notice that there las activity was around August last year.

Best to contact paypal to deal.

Not sure on their timescales, but if you do it sooner rather than later you have a good idea.

How is payment linked to your paypal acc ?

While many think using PP is a good safe option, it can make life a lot harder when any problems arise.

hi just got a call from them there funny how a stern text got a reply but emails and calls didnt lol. apparently my parcel was orderd after courier cut off time so it didnt get dispacthed he informed me that its now on its way bit of a weight off my mind there will keep uns posted.
