 |

Had my first (thankfully minor) off the other day, on my 09 CBF125. It was okay, going 15mph around a sharp bend with gravel on the road from resurfacing = skidding embarrassingly. Mostly my fault and I won't do it again for a while!
I'm fine, small bruise on knee. Bike came off alright too: fairing on the left side is cracked around the screw near the fuel tank (which I think is bent) but cosmetic, and my gear lever needed to be screwed back on on the roadside, but apart from that the damage SEEMS minimal. Brakes are fine, biting point is in the same place, foot pegs aren't bent or anything but I'l a bit worried that there might be ~more damage.
Is there anything I should check as a matter of course after an off like that? (I'm a total newbie so be gentle! )
Cheers! ____________________ there's no such thing as a stupid question? |

Make sure that everything that should move, does move, as it should. ie. Wheels, bars, throttle.
Make sure that everything that shouldn't move, doesn't.
Job jobbed. Glad you're alright. You won't do it again, it's easy to learn from mistakes, the trick is avoiding making them in the first place. ____________________
