Just turned off a roundabout now, straightened up, opened the throttle then the back end just went for a wobble.

A6120 ring road from Horsforth Shell garage.

Then I noticed alllll the way up the middle of the road there's just a long dark line, moved out of it, put my foot down on it and it's WELL slippy. Not sure what it is, it's just up the road from the petrol station though.

The next biker might not be as fortunate as me...

Who do I report this to?

The lord god, your mum and the local authority / highways agency.

In that order.

Already did the first one when I lost my back end...

Wonder how long they'll take to fix it.

Your local council is responsible for clearing up road spillages. If an incident happens outside of usual office hours, your council's highways department may run an out-of-hours service to provide emergency cover. For further information, contact your local council.

Oil and diesel spillages may be potentially hazardous. For these and other substances of a hazardous nature, the local police and fire service may also be involved in the incident and road closures may be required.

Road spillages on motorways are very hazardous and should be reported to the Highways Agency.

That's odd you should mention that, I saw the same thing in Bedford yesterday, a long line of it coming off the A6 and right through to near the high street, something was leaking badly.

I've seen more fuel on the roads in the past month than I ever have before to be honest.
