Swearing at me, me swearing at them, then the man comes and threatens me.

Phoned police just incase they have.. I laugh at "What's the number for the police" hahaha..

All because they're all on the front since me leaving for work at 4.20pm, probably drinking their dole money. I come back at 7.30pm and straight away I get "Turn it off I got a fucking baby in bed".. All I did was ride the bike to my gates, turned it off and backed it into the garden..

Rather than endure their noisy shite outside, I put music on then get a knock at the door swearing at me to turn it down "My mum can't hear the TV".. I said, tell her to turn it up, abit of a smart arse comment, but fuck em. Abit of swearing at each other then the threatening.. All recorded.

Wonder where I stand? I know I don't help matters swearing back at em, but I'm not cowering in my own home & taking shit from jobless big mouthed fat arse scroungers. They're still outside now being noisy cunts.

Best of luck with trying to get plod to take an interest. Even if they do show up it may well backfire on you. The workshy scum will probably claim that you regularly tear up and down the road disturbing them and generally causing a nuisance and you may well end up receiving a section 59.......It's the easiest option for plod as they also tend to be somewhat workshy.

Well they've been & gone, spoke to one of the neighbours, they said she's sorry for anything that's been said.

Didn't do nowt over the threat "As he would of done it already if he was serious" yeah that attitude it how people end up fucked up cause they ignore the threats..

Said to report it to housing association. And don't lower myself to their level with arguing back.

Told em about their kids jumping and swearing infront of the bike, they said to tell their mother.. What and get abuse for telling her?

They need proof that I've been tearing it up. I've got them recorded for their abuse.. I don't tear it up anyways, it's a 2012, 4 stroke, quiet little bike, I go work, come back. That's all I do, every day.

Meh, got a log number, will go housing association to get my bit in, do I need to tell them, or can I write it all down and hand them that? I have trouble remembering every detail that goes on. I'll probs remember 10% of what's gone on in the morning.

Not really.. It's been quite a while since I've had trouble with them.

They threatened the ex once & I went out and gave em a bollocking.

I put a "Santa Is Not Real" sign in the window when I was drunk. Husband came round, I opened door he came in grabbed me, I chucked him out. They sent a community officer round who told me off for the sign. I told him about the assault. Nothing was done.

I've been shouted & sworn at when I had an RS 125 (set off for work at 6.20am) for being noisey, I wouldn't mind, but I started it & rode off when I could of been a cunt and just let it warm up before setting off as you're supposed to with a 2t..

Other month I struggled to ride past his people carrier & get it at an angle to be able to back into the garden, I had to ride upto their gate "Wanna come in" ..

the police seem to do very little.
2 years ago had some weird ass jobless mongrels do the same thing to us. They seemed to have a particular hate for students, motorcycles and foreigners.
threatened verbally, with knives, golf clubs and the the police did nothing except take a report.
They complained to our landlord, the police, the university about us being typical nuisance students and creating a racket. sure I used to leave for work at half 5 in the morning on weekends but the ironic part was that one of the family members was a taxi driver and usually didn't get in until half four/5 in the morning several times a week.
Funny thing was it was a terraced house with retired folk the otherside with a disabled person and they never once complained.
You get these people where ever you go and no one ever seems to be able to do anything about them. I would just try and stay away. don't retaliate. don't acknowledge them.

I find it hard not to relaliate & troll them. I know I should just ignore 'em, but where's the fun in that? I shouldn't have to cower in my own home, which I don't, I don't take shit. I'd happily accept assault from any of them as I will press charges & become really petty in reporting the lot to social services & whomever it is to investigate their benefits, there's probably a few fraudsters amongst them.

It confuses me though, as I sometimes come in on various nights with the bike at like 1-2am with the lights on lighting up their home, but not once have they ever moaned..

My guess is too many alcopops and they see a target & start abuse.

They've been sat in the same garden since around 3pm all the way till 10pm, soon as there's a dry spell, they flock to the garden yapping, drinking etc

I wish I'd of been a petty cunt & reported the bouncy castle on Sunday, propped up on the residential carpark outside my place. I may be wrong, but I am sure that isn't allowed? My other neighbour didn't look too pleased when he returned to no where left to park.

Earlier though, my other neighbour got in around 9.30pm, he's sound. He's on the other side of me & he says he can barely hear the guitar when I play it, he just shuts kitchen door & that's that.

Anyhow, they went to him earlier when he got home "can you hear his music" (this point I had no music on) well.. Obviously not you fucktards if he's not been in..

More confusion, when I first moved in, there was a black guy living below, he'd be blasting music at like 3am, could hear a girl, I presume, he was shagging. Not once did they say a word to him, he finally moved or got kicked out, as the housing association were clearing the place of all his stuff. I banged on his door once & come back inside, next day a parcel came whilst I was out & he knocked on to give it me & apologised for any noise and to just knock on if he's making too much noise as he gets carried away sometimes.

New neighbour, see him like once a blue moon (I'm sure he's upto no good, or he may just be a hermit).. He's been noisy a few times at like 2am shouting with friends, I'm guessing at Fifa or Call of Duty. Nothing said to him, he had a mongrel dog that howled day & night because he's never in. I eventually got the dog took off him.

All they have to do is be polite & I won't be a nob and troll them (when at certain times of the day, I am free to do what the fuck I like noise wise).
