Well I was bored and feeling rich today, so I decided to throw a little money round Smile. I returned home, the proud owner of a Ducati 996R Smile.

What do you think? Wink

£19.99 from the model center in meadowhall (for those local) or from https://www.superchamps.de for those that aren't. Features include turning front wheel, removable fairing panels, moving footpegs, moving sidestand, rear suspension compresses, and of course both wheels turn round Smile.

It's a monoposto, as you can see Wink. To ride it you'd have to reduce yourself to one twelth of your current size lol.

Cool. I got the 1/12 scale Ducati 996 from the matrix a few weeks ago.

It's exactly the same as mine except mine's in red Very Happy Thumbs Up .

I dunno, ducati's one of those manufacturers - like the Mito - they're unreliable if not cared for apparently (and they don't make runarounds - they seem to be strictly special-occasion-only bikes). I'd love a 748 because they're so gorgeous, but while i might afford the insurance of one, I sure as hell couldn't afford the maintenance costs (replace the engine every 1500 miles etc Razz ).

[edit] yours isn't the same as mine, you're would be the biposto Smile.

It's weird, I used to think of the 999 as slightly sexy....
....but as more time goes on I'm beginning to have second thoughts Confused .
