Personally I would just be calling the AA or other breakdown co, and have more room for other bits and bobs, good list though if thats the way you want to go, well done in finding it. ____________________ First bike R reg Suzuki 125 GT twin in 1978:

The problem with a tank bag is that it inteferes with standing on the pegs. nevertheless I carry one on long trips and I put the things inside that i may need to get and I dont want to unpack my luggage to get to, or that i dont have to get off the bike to access quickly. This includes things like:
First aid kit
revolver (when not on me)
fuel card
air compressor
slime for tubes
spare tubes
valve puller
wallet
cell phone and charger
plastic zip log bag for electronics if it rains
pressure gauge
pocket knife
sunglasses case
This is how my bike is loaded for a long trip.

The blue bag is a water proof and dust proof bag, in which are clothes, sleeping bag, spare gloves, plastic bags for my feet if my boots get wet
a tent
and the khaki bag has tools like tyre levers which dont fit in the tank bag, chain lube, chain cleaner, chain brush and any bike related stuff
I dont like panniers or boxes because I ride off road. One fall and you crack or rip a pannier, then what? Cargo net is far more versatile. ____________________ 2011 KTM 990 Dakar
