hi all , left Troon Thu headed to Glencoe-Fort William-Inverness-Wick-JOG-Tongue-Durness camp site(414 miles).
Fri was hugging coastline heading south to Scourie-Unapool-Stoer-Inverkirkaig-Ullapool-Aultbea-Gairloch-Shieldaig-Applecross campsite,mostly single track.
Sat headed home via Fort William-a lap of Loch Leven-Inveraray-Dunoon-Gourock - Largs-Troon.
had a blast, even doing over 100miles of single track in a day was fun. can easily ride for an hour without seeing another vehicle.

Some fantastic roads to explore , the single track roads were great fun.who said it was all about fast sweepers and lean angle !! had planned to wild camp but settled for sites after long days and no suitable sites found at time but find loads of good sites after leaving camp site in morning! making bacon rolls and a coffee for roadside lunch in middle of nowhere with great scenery was brill.hope to get back up there soon.

Glad you liked it up this neck of the woods, I live between Gairloch and Torridon, tried looking at your photos and vids link, but both are proving a problem, there is a couple of people on here who might be interested in your run, see Wild camping on this part of the forum, I cant recommend up here enough, so glad you had a good experience

yeah Harscot , I'd reccomend that area also. must be great having a playground like that on your doorstep.
