"cor what a lucky bugger, could have come off" so anyway, thats what happend to me, if anyone is intrested to know what i did, lol gave the bike a clean to. lol that ever happend to any of you lot, prented to look as if thats what u wanted the biek to do??? when it happedn i thought shit im a gonner, but i manged to pull it off. |

Doing that on a sports bike will eventually result in what is called a 'highside' where the back tyre slides then grips again. Because the bike is leaned over, you get flipped over the top of it and land painfully on your head.
You can get away with it on dirtbikes and supermotos because they have about four times the suspension travel with which to soak up the shock. Superbike riders do it another way, by feeding in enough power to make the back wheel spin. Even professionals riding WSB or moto GP bikes feck this up occasionally, as you will see by the montage of crash sequences they show on the telly at the end of the races. ____________________ “Rule one: Always stick around for one more drink. on sports bikes if you down change twice and let the clutch out, then the back should start to skid and swerve.
seen this happen at castle come earlyer in the year, he did it at every corner looked mint. ____________________ New bike https://www.bikepics.com/members/rizo9/01rs125/ |
